TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and Henry’s Fabrication Company Pty Ltd when using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our fabrication and welding services. By making an enquiry or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. General Terms

  • Henry’s Fabrication Company Pty Ltd (ABN [92 663 200 191]) provides welding, fabrication and repair services.
  • These Terms apply to all jobs, quotes and bookings.
  • We may update these Terms at any time.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing may change if additional work is required or hidden issues are found.
  • Payment is due on completion or within 7 days of invoice.
  • Deposits may be required for large material orders or multi-day jobs.

3. Services & Workmanship

  • All work is completed with reasonable care, skill and industry standards.
  • Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
  • You must notify us of load requirements, intended use or safety needs.

4. Materials & Customer-Supplied Items

  • Customer-supplied materials are used at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by customer-provided materials.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

  • 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Call-out or cancellation fees may apply.

6. Onsite Work & Safety

  • You must provide safe access to the work area.
  • We may refuse or postpone work if the site is unsafe.

7. Warranty & Defects

  • 3 month warranty for repairs, 12 months for new fabrication unless stated otherwise.
  • Warranty excludes misuse, corrosion, wear & tear or third-party modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the job completed.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings and work remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.

10. Website Use & Privacy

  • We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Website may use cookies and analytics tools.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
