Payment is required on completion of work unless other terms are agreed. Deposits may be required for larger or custom jobs.

For onsite work, the client must ensure safe access and a suitable working environment. We may refuse or delay work if the site is unsafe.

We aim to provide quality workmanship. If you believe there is an issue with the work completed, please contact us promptly so we can assess and address it where appropriate.
